Action for Children

Action for Children is a national charity dedicated to helping children, young people and families thrive. Through a wide range of services across the UK, the organisation provides practical support, advice and early intervention to help families overcome challenges and ensure children have a safe and happy childhood.

The charity offers support in areas such as parenting, mental health and wellbeing, disability support, young carers, fostering, family hubs and early years development. Their services are designed to provide help when families need it most and to ensure that children have the opportunity to reach their full potential. 

Parents and carers can also access Parent Talk, a free online service offering trusted advice from parenting experts. Families can browse articles on topics including child development, behaviour, school life, SEND, wellbeing and family relationships, or speak directly with a parenting coach for confidential support.
